Bag not bottle. Obviously the best answer to “Paper or Plastic” is “Cloth”.  To add to the benefits, Ralphs deducts 15 cents from your bill for the first bag and 5 cents for each additional bag. Trader Joe’s puts your name into a raffle drawing each time you BYOB. It all adds up!
